People have plenty of frequently asked questions in terms of dumpster rental, including commercial and residential services. Below, you can find our most frequent questions asked by our custromers. If we missed any of your questions, contact us and we will do everything we can to answer any of your inquiries. A.A. Danzo Sanitation, Inc. can handle all your dumpster needs and proudly serves Bronx, NY; Long Island, NY; Nassau County, NY; New York City, NY; Queens, NY; and Suffolk County, NY.
Q: What services do you offer?
A: We offer dumpster rentals for commercial, construction and industrial use, compactor rentals, garbage collection, construction debris hauling and junk hauling.
Q: Do you offer residential services?
A: Absolutely! Give us a call for a personalized quote. Prompt drop-off and pick-up at your convenience.
Q: Will you haul away anything? Is there any material that I should not put in the dumpster?
A: We will haul most anything you give us, but cannot accept hazardous waste.
Q: I've decided to rent a dumpster. How long until I receive it?
A: We prefer 24 hour notice but based on availability delivery could be sooner. Call us to schedule.
Q: I want to rent a dumpster for my business! How can I contact you?
A: Call A.A. Danzo Sanitation at 516-218-3492 and we will quote you and schedule the delivery of the dumpster to your home or business.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We service all of Long Island, NY (Nassau & Suffolk Counties), New York City, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Manhattan.
Q: What if I need to keep my roll off dumpster longer or have it removed sooner?
A: If you want to modify the date for your dumpster rental or pick-up, please call us at 516-218-3492 and we will make it work for you.
Q: What size containers are available?
A: We have 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers/dumpsters available for residential and commercial pick-ups.
Q: I have a small business; what size container do I need?
A: We have 2 yard containers to compactors for small businesses that can be on a weekly pick-up schedule.
Q: Can I book my container/dumpster online?
A: No. Please call to speak to the owner about the size needed and the delivery availability.
Q: How should I load my dumpster rental?
A: Ensure that all debris is going inside of the dumpster. Do not leave anything hanging over the sides or sticking through the top of the dumpster. This could delay your waste pick-up because drivers cannot haul overloaded dumpsters.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: A. A. Danzo Sanitation business hours are Monday-Saturday, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM. We can bring you your dumpster rental and pick them up during our business hours.
